Dear Port Renfrew Families,

Welcome back to our 2025-2026 school year! I hope everyone had a wonderful summer and is ready for a year of learning together.

The first day of school for students in Grade 1 to Grade 5 is Tuesday, Sept. 2^nd. This is a half day, so school begins at 8:50am and dismissal is 12:10pm.
Grades 1 to 5 are full days the rest of the week. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
School schedule:

School begins at 8:50am

Recess- 10:15-10:30

Lunch- 12:10-12:55

Dismissal Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday- 3:08pm

Friday Dismissal- 12:18pm

Kindergarten

The first day for Kindergarten is Monday, Sept. 8^th for a half day from 8:50am to 12:10pm.
Tuesday, Sept. 9^th is another half day for orientation. 8:50am to 12:10pm
Full days will begin on Wednesday, Sept. 10^th from 8:50 to 3:08pm.

School supply lists are attached.
